MSE offers several models and variations of Bulk Bag Unloaders and Manual Bag Dump stations.

MSE's Manual Bag Dump stations provide a compact work area complete with an integral cartridge filter dust collector, exhauster, and collection hopper.  As an operator manually breaks and empties a bag of material into the unit, the airborne fines are drawn away from the operator and into the cartridges.  When the cartridges are reverse-pulse cleaned, the collected fines are dropped into the hopper to be moved into the system process.  A return on investment is realized by lowering production costs and increasing production rates.

Designed to accommodate a variety of bag styles and sizes, MSE's Bulk Bag Unloaders are available in either a forklift loaded, hoist and trolley or stand alone models.  These units feature a uniquely designed hopper discharge, which allows the operator to effectively secure and seal the spout of a tied bag.  A confinement box, which house the hopper discharge, prevents product leakage and the escape of dust into the atmosphere.  In addition, five agitator pads which are mounted on the hopper discharge "knead" the bag, promoting the free-flow of those materials that may tend to "bridge" or "rat-hole" above the discharge spout.  Depending on the application, the base section of either model can accommodate a screw feeder, air slide, etc.
